The Flourish Series

After the fires of 2020 many of us have suffered along with the landscape. To be able to capture the beauty of the regeneration of life amongst our landscape is incredible. The life force present in the challenge of nature to rebuild and flourish is amazing and I have loved the chance to witness the growth and bloom of colour and life around

Capturing a moment in time on Broken Bay .

Capturing a moment in time on Broken Bay .

So many paths to choose from as you hug the our coastline. Where the ocean meets the land; blues, greens and greys mix together with a dusting of white to meet the warm tones found in the sand and land around. Enjoy the landscapes that surrounds you, by inviting them into your home.

When I start a painting, I have a palette in mind, some "tools" I would like to experiment with and sometimes a theme depending if there is a brief. Then I let my imagination fly and enjoy the journey of experimenting and creating. "happy accidents" often find their way into the final designs and I am always excited about sharing those. I love capturing the changing contours and colours of our headlands and open ocean.
